Deliveries, Returns & Policies

Payments: 

All items must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.  Designs can be discussed prior to this, but no items will be produced until payment is successfully received.

 

Dispatch Times: 

Dispatch times start from when the order has been placed and design details have been confirmed by the customer.  Most items will be made and dispatched within 1 week, however all are subject to availability and some items can take a little longer especially during busy periods.  If there is a particular date that you need an item for, please contact us prior to ordering to get a more accurate idea of the expected delivery date.

 

Refund Policy: 

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and so offer full refunds where appropriate.

If for any reason you wish to return any ready-made (non-personalised) item, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  All items must be accompanied by a valid receipt if purchased in store or must be pre-arranged via email within the 30 days if purchased online.  For online orders, the amount refunded will cover the full cost of the item, but any postage and packaging fees must be paid for by the customer.

All items must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately made to order items cannot be refunded once they have been paid for.  If you need more detail on sizing of clothing items, please either pop into store where we will have samples to try, or contact us for further details/measurements.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items: 

In the unlikely event that an item appears to be faulty, then we will of course offer a replacement or full refund once the item has been returned to us.  For items that are deemed faulty, we will offer to refund the full item price including postage and packaging and if applicable pay any reasonable return postage costs incurred (subject to proof of postage receipts being provided).

If any damage occurs during transit, please contact us for further details.  Proof of damage may be required, as claims will be made via Royal Mail.

Please note that samples in store and photographs included on our webpage will clearly show the quality of items available and any imperfections in the products that are clearly shown in these will not be classed as 'faults'.

 

Marketing  We will never share your details with any other company and all contact information will be kept confidential. Please note that we occasionally use photographs of items that customers have ordered in our marketing and online photographs.  If you would not like your items to be used in this way, please let us know when ordering.  Thank you
